Current delegation reward return coefficient β
The delegation reward return coefficient is mentioned at p26-27 in Palette White Paper as below.
Each member can set any percentage of the PLT received as a node management reward as a delegation reward. The percentage set here can be arbitrarily determined by each member in the range of 0% to 100%.
